The school shall commit sufficient time, financial resources, and personnel to the development, evaluation and revision of curriculum.
 

What to Look for:

Are sufficient time, resources and money provided to allow for the review and evaluation of curriculum?

• time, resources and money are made available to allow teachers and instructional leaders to meet after school, during the school day (release time), during the summer, etc. to undertake curriculum evaluation and review
• adequate professional leadership is provided (e.g., curriculum coordinators, department heads, consulting support, etc.) to ensure that a thorough and in-depth curriculum review occurs on a regular basis
