 Below is the Application for Evaluation for schools scheduled to host visiting committees in the calendar year 2011. Please use the directions on the attached Memo and call Donna Spencer-Wilson at 781-541-5419 if you have any questions.

As referenced at the recent Self-Study Seminars, we have attached an Application for Accreditation which must be received in the Commission office by June 12, 2009. This application is also available on our website, at http://cpss.neasc.org, under the Ongoing Accreditation tab.

As you complete the Application, please consider the following:

1. Be sure that you and your superintendent sign the Application. If you are submitting the application electronically, please include electronic signatures and send to cpssreports@neasc.org.

2. Please keep a copy of the completed Application for your files.
