Evaluator Guide Templates
(Please Note: the information in this section is for use during the evaluation visit by visiting committee members.)
The Commission expects each visiting committee member to use evidence-gathering templates during the visit. In your Evaluator Guide, near the back of the booklet, you will find a sample template for Indicator 1 in the Standard to which you have been assigned. Below are templates for each indicator in each Standard. They are word documents; you can download them and work in each template.
The templates provide ample space for you to make notes regarding the evidence you have gathered from various sources. This evidence will translate into sentences for the paragraph(s) you will write for each indicator. As well, there are spaces for you to develop a conclusion and eventually an impact statement for each indicator. Finally, there are spaces for you to write commendations and/or recommendations for each indicator.
The Commission believes that these templates will be helpful to you in producing a report that will serve the school well.
